ARC encourages the professional growth of our staff at all levels. This includes:
- Actuarial training. We provide study time for actuarial students, and pay for exam fees and courses. Our senior actuaries provide informal mentoring of students as they progress through their accreditation.
- Graduate tuition reimbursement program. We provide time for and reimburse staff who are pursing advanced degrees in areas related to our work – economics, public policy, epidemiology, etc.
- Membership in professional societies and associations. We pay membership fees on behalf of our staff, and reimburse for attendance at professional meetings.
